1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the CyteClick platform by publishers, advertisers, networks and agencies.

2. Publisher accounts
Accounts must contain accurate information about the publisher, its traffic sources and promotional methods. One account per legal entity.
3. Promotional rules
Prohibited methods include trademark bidding without permission, cookie stuffing, incentivised traffic where disallowed, adware and misleading claims.
4. Commissions and validation
Commissions are earned on validated conversions confirmed by the advertiser or network. Cancelled, fraudulent or returned orders are not payable.
5. Payouts
Approved commissions are consolidated and paid according to the published payout schedule and minimum threshold.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Breach of the promotional rules may lead to immediate suspension and forfeiture of disputed commissions.
